Return & Replacement

Address Issues & Returned Packages

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will incur reshipment fees.
  • Unclaimed or refused shipments are also subject to reshipment charges.

No Refund or Reshipment for Delivered Packages

If a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we cannot process refunds or reshipments due to inability to verify non-receipt claims.
